Honor our Veterans by joining in the 7th Annual Vettes to Vets Day at the Bedford Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA. 

Owners of Classic Corvettes will participate in a caravan to the Hospital from the Marriott Hotel, 270 Concord Rd., Billerica, MA.  Last year over 200 cars came out in the rain to show their respect and support for our Veterans.  Bring your American flag and wave it as the cars enter the hospital grounds.  Then take a tour of the cars close up and vote for your favorite for the Veteran's Choice Trophy.  Ballots for your vote will be given out by Kay Arnold, a volunteer at the hospital who has devoted over 47,000 hours of her time to the veterans.  She is also the longest-serving member of the Acton RTC.

No admission fee, but donations by check are welcomed.  Make checks payable to Vettes to Vets and note 'GPF 9001' in the memo section of the check.  As an alternative, you can provide a goodie bag with items needed by men and women Veterans.  Suggestions for goodie bag items are:  full-sized afghans, fleece blankets, wheelchair bags, board games, toiletries, hair dryers, electronics, overnight bags/suitcases.  Men's clothing: sweatpants, sweatshirts, white socks, white underwear, sweaters, washable slippers, hats, gloves, winter or spring jackets.  Women's clothing: socks, washable slippers, sweaters, warm-up suits, colored T-shirts, walking shorts, hats, gloves, scarves, belts, jackets, cosmetics.
