Jon Golnik (Republican) and Niki Tsongas (Democrat), the candidates for the Massachusetts 5th Congressional District seat, will face off in a forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Concord-Carlisle on Saturday, October 16, 2010.

The forum will begin at 3 p.m. in the auditorium of the Alcott Elementary School, 93 Laurel St., Concord. The event is free and open to the public.

The Acton League of Women Voters will hold a candidates' forum at the R. J. Grey Junior High School auditorium.  Some candidates for U. S. Congress, MA 5th District, MA state senate (Middlesex-Worcester District, which includes all of Acton) and MA state representatives will attend.

The League will ask candidates some questions, followed by audience questions.
