Jon Golnik (Republican) and Niki Tsongas (Democrat), the candidates for the Massachusetts 5th Congressional District seat, will face off in a forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Concord-Carlisle on Saturday, October 16, 2010. The forum will begin at 3 p.m. in the auditorium of the Alcott Elementary School, 93 Laurel St., Concord. The event is free and open to the public.
